your bet was only for the first 90 minutes. you have to choose the "win the match including extra time and penalty shootout" option to get the win in the extra 30 mins/penalty shootout.

Thanks for that info. I ended up calling and they explained it to me just as you did. I've been betting football for 3 years and yesterday was the first time that ever happened to me. I was so pissed thinking I had won big and instead just lost a chunk of change.
