FG canceled and 2nd half won... I'm not complaining but could anyone explain why.?

Because your game bet was a push. You didn't win nor lose because they won by the exact amount of the spread. You just get your money back. You won the 2nd half bet because the 2nd half score was Jets - 3 and Packers - 15, which beats the 7-point spread.
