NYC SUMMIT IDEAS??? ( Original Plan Backfire )

If the only thing holding back the summit is the BBQ element, why don't you just swap it out for a different means of preparing food or getting food?I'm not very familiar with NY or the location of the summit, but I imagine you could get some sort of food delivered to circumvent the need for a permit. Iknow of places here that claim to "cater," but it's just like a delivery and set-up sort of deal. Not sure of the cost, though--would check, butI don't know any places out there.
