Ok so the sails I’m looking to buy, I noticed in the pics there’s some small stains on the 3M tongue. Is this a pain to get off? Thanks for your help in advance!

Could be outer layer of the 3m chipping. But honestly you’ll never see those on feet. It’s a good deal, I’d just go for it.
