take shots at my team all you want, but taking okafor's contract, especially giving up a huge expiring they desperately need is plain idiotic.

WojYahooNBA Chris Paul will be out longer than initially believed, sources tell Y! He'll be on crutches for 2 weeks could miss 3 to 4 weeks for Hornets.
So who will the Hornets be picking with their top 10 pick? Evan Turner? Willie Warren?

knicks match with chandler, jefferies, lee and nate

My bad for taking shots at a team when they are struggling right now. As a Kings fan, I feel you. At the same time, try to explain to me why notdoing anything with K9's expiring contract is going to help the Kings? The Kings unlike the Knicks will not be able to get a LeBron or Wade to play forthem in 2010. The last FA that came to the Kings that made an impact was Vlade Divac. That was 10 years ago man...

Fire Scott, trade Emeka, that should make Chris real happy.

They certainly aren't goin the Cleveland route with their franchise player.

I like the way you think.

Chris and Sam Young on the break.

I don't see why people think this deal so far fetched unless the Hornets weren't really trying to deal Pual. That trade kinda reminds me of the KG dealto Boston. I'll even add a 2nd first round pick in the deal to seal it.

Pau Gasol never was and ain't a superstar.

Correct.

Best believe they would ask for OJ
Why? You the one that said OJ is overrated and never will amount to anything great, so why would they take him over Rudy?

I know most Hornet fans like Rudy and Gasol the most. But, Gasol is untouchable at this point.

I honestly think OJ and Paul wouldn't mesh together too well.

What superstar PG/SG combo has ever worked well?

Think of all the Great PG's, their second best player was never a SG.

As much as I'd like to see Gasol+Paul, I think they'd have to give up Gasol if they got Paul.

gasol or OJ would have to be in the trade

and dont let Marc gasol be yall Deng and him be the hold up in getting a superstar

dude would have to kick rocks QUICK

Anyone surprised?

CLEVELAND -- Shaquille O'Neal was scratched from the Cleveland Cavaliers' lineup Saturday night against Utah because of a strained shoulder.

O'Neal

O'Neal started Cleveland's first nine games, averaging 11.3 points and 6.8 rebounds. Zydrunas Ilgauskas was expected to start at center in place of O'Neal.

The announcement was made after coach Mike Brown's pregame availability.

Cleveland also will be without guard Delonte West, who was inactive for the thirdstraight game. West has been in and out of the lineup this season while dealing with personal issues.

Shaq has to be expected to take a couple games off to stay right thru the year. The trick is timing it against teams you should beat. Utah played last night,it's at home, no real big center to worry about, = perfect time to take a day off. Bron can handle this type of game.

This.

Shaq did the same thing when he was killin dudes last year in PHO, I'm not worried if he takes 10-12 games off as long as LeBron can carry the load. Morethan anything I'm sure it's resting Shaq, and sure a "strainged shoulder."
