Seriously though when Phil retires I hope Dr. Buss hires Byron Scott or they give the job to B Shaw. Rambis I wouldn't like and he had his chance asinterim coach in the strike out shortened season during the 99 season when Del Harris got fired and there was reports that he wasn't a players coach andthat him and Kobe didnt get along. With Byron Scott & B Shaw Kobe respects both of these guys alot .
