damn, that slider didnt have much break / dip to it, but got martin pretty good. edit one of my biggest pet peeves in baseball, first pitch swinging

pmac, silva looks whatever - no real big league type stuff.
seems like a career minor leaguer to me, his breaking balls barely have any break and his fastball is maybe at tops 90.
he does have a lot of pitches: fastball, sinker, slider, breaking ball.
but with the exception of peavy & gonzales the padres are just a bunch of AAA dudes thrown into the big leauges to just fill some seats at petco.
