I sent him a message on eBay that I was opening a dispute to get my money back, and I went on to open the dispute on Paypal.

Hell, I even had to contemplate whether or not I really wanted the hat seeing as I already have a BK fitted my GF bought me but Ilove special patches and so on. I wasn't rude in my messages, just stated my disappointment and that I would like my $$ back...
