Scott Rolen looking like a good pick-up so far.

Closers are having a tough start to the season. So many blown saves already.

What are your guys' thoughts on closers. Do you invest a high pick in them? Do you invest a middle pick on them? I've tried something different thisseason. I completely disregarded the saves category on one team and got RPs like Morrow and Reyes (I wanted Scherzer but missed out on him

). I justthought I'd get extra K's and hopefully have a more effective way at lowing my ERA this way.

I take closers way later in the draft. I feel like using an early pick on Papelbon or something is kind of a waste. I'd rather take a bat and get saveslater in the draft.

Closers lose their jobs all the time. Saves is such an unstable category to fill... unless you get Papelbon, Nathan, and the like.

I'm in a league with a few of my friends from school. We did an auto-Draft because we all couldn't find a time to do a Live Draft. It went through lastnight (stats don't start until Week 2), here is how my team ended up.

C- Joe Mauer
1B- Conor Jackson
2B- Dustin Pedroia ..

3B- Mark DeRosa
SS- Khalil Greene
OF- Ryan Braun
OF- Ken Griffey Jr.
OF- Cameron Maybin
Util- Robinson Cano
BN- Hideki Matsui, Adam Lind, Jason Giambi, Placido Polanco, and Kelly Shoppach.

*Dropped Polanco for J.J. Putz, Shoppach for George Sherill*

My pitching is very strong, considering we are a 12 team league.

SP- Roy Hallady, Cole Hamels, A.J. Burnett, Daisuke Matsuzaka

, andCarlos Zambrano
RP- Max Scherzer, Joey Devine.... dropped them both.

*Dropped Scherzer for Heath Bell, Devine for Yadier Molina*

And there you have it. Pretty solid team in my opinion. Anybody I should look to pick up (more so for RP because it's pretty weak)?
