Dodgers are chasing bad pitches just like last year (except for ethier, loney, and kemp).

Even with the horrible pitching they had TONS of chances to get in the game or ahead.

Manny could not hit the 94-96 mph fast balls so that is not a good sign.

Casey Blake is such a momentum killer. He could help the team by staying at home or striking out to avoid double plays

Phillies ain't playin this series. It looks like they are hell bent on getting back to the world series and losing

Shame on me, but I had absolute no idea Jim Thome was on the Dodgers

(in that order). When did that happen?

When I was watching the game earlier for a little bit, I KNEW I recognized him in the dugout, but didn't think it was him.

Pitching didn't help our cause tonight, though as in the Cardinals series we can't hit with RISP.

good to see the old joe torre back at work. leaving pitchers in the game until they get bent over and reamed. wheres the joe torre that yanked randy wolfe atthe first sign of trouble last week?

Yeah IYN, I was just gonna talk about that.

How does he pull Wolf so quick in the NLDS but yet decide to leave our youngster out there when the whole stadium could feel he didn't have it anymore?

I know Kershaw was going to bat 2nd next inning, but if that was the reason for him to leave him because he didn't want to waste a BP arm - that goes allon Torre.

Anyways, a good thing that comes out of this is no matter how many runs the Phillies score it always seems like the Dodgers have a little fight in them.

The Phillies lineup is just too damn good if you make a mistake and thats what the Dodgers did; make bad pitches, walk hitters and were wild.

Just a weird %%% day / game today, could be the reason why I didn't feel like going today.

I blame Jamie McCourt.

Just got back home from work. Man am I beat. I had about 3 hours of sleep last night. After the Phils spanked LA, couple of us went out to the local bar. I hadto call a half day today. Everybody on my floor was upset b/c I got to go home early. I'm going to take a nap til at least 3.

Not that I'm complaining because two CS games in one day is

, but why is G2 of theNLCS being played before G1 of the ALCS, especially when one of the teams in the NLCS (Phillies) got their division series taken farther than any of the otherteams.

Im not even disappointed about last nights game.

Sure, Opie and George got roughed up, but by the same token we did put up nice runs. Manny hit one out, so hopefully hes finding a groove although it has to beNOW and not tomorrow or whenever, its do or die time.

We need to stop stranding so many runners, its pathetic. Blake is on the same boat as Manny, too damn streaky so they need to find it against the shadow ofPedro.

Lets go boys, youve got no choice.
