Plan is apparently to move Williams inside, where his athleticism and ability in coverage can be maximized... Supposedly some teams had him substantiallyhigher than where the Cowboys took him... Rick Gosselin had him at 84...

At this point if are taking an OLineman he should at least have some upside because of his athleticism.
