Want to see if Rudy Gay made it.

Just saw it.
bigmike, you still think Rudy can't play defense?

As for the Hayward/Ginobili comparison, I can kinda see it. Not sure if he will ever be as good, but he should definitely work out with Manu during the off-season.

ill be at the laker/warriors game. this will be the first time i can say i dont know who will win. after that excellent win in portland for the warriors and the lakers losing and choking games they shouldnt, this game is up in the air. heres to hoping shannon brown gets arrested before gametime...

Big game tonight for both Knicks and Sixers, Philly could gain a game and a half on the Knicks for sixth or the Knicks could gain half a game on Philly.

Hoping to see a Knicks vs. Celtics in the first round.

because before this year rudy was a good defender?

because before this year you wasn't right on board with the rest of us when we said rudy couldnt guard a chair?
Memphis' Rudy Gay (minus-2.6) never seemed to care much for defense before, but he surprised me with his intensity and general competence this year; certainly, the physical skills are there to be an elite defender.
o look he says the samething

lol wat?

I think you got me confused with someone else. I never said Rudy was a good defender before this year. I always thought he could be one and he showed stretches of it prior to this season. Never was consistent though. After Team USA, I said Rudy will end up being an improved defender this year.

After he had some really good games with blocks/steals this season, you tried to point me out saying "so that means he's a good defender now?" Not to mention his overall play.

Second straight game he got called for a 10 second violation.

Now he's going to miss the nationally television game vs the Bulls on Sunday.

but I have a feeling this is old news. If I were Rubio I would just hold Kaaaaahn hostage till he turns the team from "very salvageable" to "mediocre-ly competitive". No point in wasting time on a cruddy team, plus I view him as kind of a Rondo-esque player. He will need to have good teammates/team to be able to showcase his full talent and potential, otherwise playing on this current T'Wolves will just expose him.

Kurt Rambis, Timberwolves: Rambis, not the best communicator or the feistiest general on the sideline, will have to make some changes to bolster belief in some segments of the organization that he's the right long-term fit. The choice of a successor to Phil Jackson in L.A. certainly plays into it, but Rambis appears to have developed the talent he's been given well enough to warrant coming back. The organization is pleased with the fact that Rambis was able to get through to the headstrong Kevin Love and resurrect the career of Michael Beasley -- the latter being no small task. In view of that, and with indications that Ricky Rubio has informed GM David Kahn that he plans to be in Minnesota next season barring a lockout, one industry source characterized Rambis' situation as "very salvageable."

pretty much

Good season by the cats with what they had left. Never recovered from the 9-19 start under larry. Im hoping to see big things out of henderson on the near future

I think the Kings should really go after Ben Wallace next year so he can try and mentor Boogie and Hassan Whiteside
