C'mon bro, you are telling me you read that story and you don't see any holes in it?
- Group of 4 getting heckled
- 2 guys come out of nowhere and hit Stow in the back of the head.
- He fell and hit his head on the pavement.
Very believable, I could see that happening.
-3 other friends tried to intervene, but it was crowded.
Wait, what? Now it's a crowd. Why is there a crowd if the guys came out of nowhere? They must've done something to rally up a crowd. I don't have a PhD in "How to gather a crowd" but a crowd only forms when there is something popping.
-They had trouble reaching him?
Based on the story it is 2 Dodger fans against 4 Giant fans and they had trouble reaching him?
I wish the guy full recovery also, but the 3 Musketeers story is fishy as hell.
My hypothetical scenario summed up in bullet points:
- 4 guys popping off in Giants gear, with the Big Guy being the loudest, crowd gathers
- 2 dudes pop out of nowhere and cheap shot the big guy.
- 3 friends get shook and freeze as their buddy gets beat.
- Crowd that forms ends up breaking up the fight (Not all Dodger fans are $$@%@ btw), 3 friends reappear (Oh Snap!)
- 3 friends embellish story of rumble in the jungle in order to save face.
That's just me though.
