Locker will be fine...And that's not based off of this article.
Yea it is based off your unbiased opinion right?

I guess the fact that he is consistently high on his throws, misses wide open receivers even when he isnt pressured, and is always good for a couple ground balls a game is no big deal.

No bias involved. Guaranteed.

Well anything can happen players can develop and he seems very receptive to coaching. But if someone doesnt fall in love with him I dont see how he doesnt fall in the draft. Outside of his intagibles he doesnt make me want to use a first round pick on him.

having a much better day compared to the previous #%*!%# days must mean he's only missed 15 targets instead of 30 ...

"Again the best QB on the field was Kaepernick during the AM practice. Locker is still the worst from an accuracy standpoint"

The best thing that can happen for Locker is falling in the draft. I promise that if you give this guy a chance to develop behind a true NFL starter for a year or two, you'll be looking at a completely different QB. Intangibles and Skill set are there. If accuracy is the only negative then I'm not worried.

What skill does a QB need more besides accuracy? He is missing the most important one. If he can see windows in the NFL but cant get the ball there...tough luck bro. Its not the end of the world but you cannot dismiss it like "oh no biggie"

^ It's important, but its one of the easiest things to work on.

Point blank. Few with his given abilities ever fail because of not being able to perform on the field. Locker is too gifted of an athlete and has the "it" thing going on that I can't see him failing.

I just dont see the "abilities" you see. He is a developmental prospect not a first rounder based no what I see. Wish him the best though.

Locker hasn’t made any big impressions on anyone and continues to raise questions. He was considered a potential number one overall pick, but has only gotten worse since then. At this point, he doesn’t even look like a first-rounder out there.
-If it weren’t for Jordan, Christian Ballard would be stealing the show. He’s put on an impressive performance and regularly has won his matchups.
-Colin Kaepernick has been the most impressive of the North quarterbacks. Despite his long, awkward release, he is the only quarterback that has shown a willingness to go downfield with his reads and he has done so with success. Kaepernick has launched some really ugly passes that include overthrows and ducks on the short routes, but he’s working hard and really putting in all of the effort. After every mistake, Kaepernick can be seen going to the coaching staff and trying to not make the same mistake twice.
Jake Locker sucks? Suprise

Ballard is better than Clayborn at least he will be as a pro IMO
pimp.gif

Why are so many people SO down on Clayborn just because he didn't have as dominant a year while he was getting double and triple teamed almost the whole time this past year? Put this dude next to Gerald McCoy and Brian Price next year with him facing only one blocker most the time and he's going to do some damage. I'll be happy with either him or Kerrigan.
No, Ballard is a better prospect to me no matter what Clayborn did this year. Ballard is a freak of nature who needs to develop. Clayborn is good and skilled but upside is low. I just have a preference for guys like that. You really think Clayborn is a good fit for the Tampa 2?

True he might not be the best fit for the Tampa 2 but we don't run the traditional scheme anymore. Allen Bailey would be more of a fit, but what do you think of him at pick 20? What type of potential does he have? I haven't really watched too much of him except a couple highlights so somebody has to fill me in. I heard were looking at Greg Romeus in the 3rd or so round and I like what I've seen from him.

It's early but #Washington QB Jake Locker is looking good so far. Not so much for #Nevada QB Colin Kaepernick. #SeniorBowl

So what's going on?

Wow. I'm glad there's idiots like you that always offer cunning insight to a topic.

For the record, the only reason I can qualify as a Husky fan is because I live in Seattle. I couldn't care less about the Huskies football team and have absolutely no favorites when it comes to college. I like Isiah Thomas and the UW Bball team because I'm exposed to them all the time. It takes nothing away from me thinking Locker will be a success in the NFL.

A bowl win in his senior season will suffice.
