i get what your saying in a way but i want the stud. i want the best player in the trade. 2 for 1 for the better player all day long. now can the player get hurt and you get screwed...hell ya but knowing you made the right " play " in the trade is ok. another thing is if you wait to week 4 then alot of trades CAN'T happen because of bye weeks. when bye weeks come it is harder to trade.
you talking bout giovanni bernard ? if he is not drafted in your league you got to be playing in a pretty lame league. he MUST be drafted. pick him up in a minute. not a big law firm guy and gio can be used in bye weeks and injury weeks to your starting rb's.
Like your team a lot. I would move Vereen to the flex spot. I always play RB in the flex. Team has a lot of potential and don't worry about the mistakes others made. Seems like you capitalize on their mistakes and landed some good players because of it.I just drafted in my work league. Things to note:
-The guy who had the #1 pick was on Autopick from the jump
-Three QBs were taken in round 1. Even with it being 6 point passing TDs thats still
-Three Falcons were taken in round one
-Seven Qbs by the end of round two
-Colin Kaepernick in round two
-Jimmy Graham in round two
-Defense in round four
-Four defenses by round six
-Kickers in round 8
And these people put their money into this...... But heres what my team is looking like.

I dont think I did well enough with all the nonsense that was going on around me but I feel that I can win with what I have.
There was one guy who seemed to know what he was doing and took a sleeper of mine and had it planned but other than that just random aimless picks and homerism.

You'd have to package them both to get anything worthwhile out of it which would be hard to do cause who needs two TEs. You'll definitely have an easier time moving Daniels than Finley, I picked him up in almost all my leagues last year, and while he didnt put up numbers that people wowed at, he did what I needed him to do since I dont take TEs until late anyways. Jermichael Finely is a bum
So do I actually, I'm a firm believer in RBs win fantasy. I dont go WR at the flex usually unless I have someone on bye or the matchup is too good to pass up. IDK why my smileys are quoting like that.
if its a ppr league it is foolish to use a rb as a flex unless it is a sproles or bush type player. i would keep shorts there. that being said , can vereen outscore shorts week 1. sure , but the right play is shorts as flex.
you really like sudfeld ? have you really seen him play ? or are you listining to the hype ? he is an undrafted rookie. be carefull !! i too like what i see in him and have drafted him in very late rounds. it's funny cause i also have daniels on the same team. never , never would i trade daniels. first give it 2 or 3 games to really see what sudfeld is. with daniels you have a proven steady guy , not great but very steady. if you trade anyone it should be stonefingers finley. remember also that when gronk comes back sudfeld glory mite run out too.

I assumed you drafted towards the end of the round right? you probably could have gotten one of the top WRs (Green, Marshall, Dez) especially since you're in a PPR league. I'm not too high on any of those receivers you got.
