Ummmmm...no. Pierce is, at best, maybe the fourth or fifth best Celtic. Russell, Bird and Havlicek are the Top 3 (in that order). Then, you can get into the argument over eras/length of career regarding Cousy and Cowens. I supposed McHale vs. Pierce is a toss-up now.

Ok got you. Wasn't sure whether you meant he was no doubt the best Celtic or the opposite. In my opinion, Pierce is on par with Havlicek or a notch below. He surpassed other Celtics imo.

I can get on board with that. Like I said, after Hondo, it kind of depends on how you frame your argument.
Nobody likes Paul Pierce but to say he's not hofer is ridiculous. Some of you need to remember this the basketball hof, Vince and Tmac will get in, probably not the first time their eligible but a few years after, I mean they got have referees in the basketball hof, they have much looser standards.

Paul Pierce has always looked like he stinks to me. I'm 45% certain smelling like **** has helped his career. Nobody wants to guard the smelly dude.

I'm guessing Beasley will be getting the Blatche treatment if/once he gets waived by the Suns. They money owed to him and his transgressions will allow/force him to accept the veteran's minimum from other teams.

If Beasley goes to a contender with a good coach and some structure he could reaaally help out...but something tells me he'll sign with the Bobcats or somebody just to "get buckets"
