unfair to say that he doesn't have heart because no one really knows him like that, especially considering how many downs he's had during his professional career before he struck (temporary) oil. he kept at it

he definitely just isn't as good as people were touting him to be after his few weeks of stardom

he's a serviceable player, but not a good one you can rely on day in day out

This is fair.  I dont think anybody is saying he is a superstar at all, but he can be a decent player.

13 and 6, while playing with the NBA's 3rd leading scorer and a ball dominating guard isn't bad.

He averages comparable numbers to BJ Armstrong, who played with another ball dominating guard, and I dont think anybody says that BJ Armstrong sucks lol

I dont see why so many people are so willing to give up jeremy lin. Patrick Beverly isnt the alternative in my opinion

I agree man..Lin should be better this year with all the focus on Howard and Harden, and with the improving team chemistry.. Beverley isn't a starter in the L yet, but he gives us great defense and energy off the bench..

Dont forget about Aaron Brooks and Isiah Cannon. I see both getting minutes for their ability to shoot which will spread the floor for Harden and Dwight

honestly we ****** up by letting it ride until the season was over because it gave houston the chance to back load the contract & make it unmatchable...same thing they did to get lin from ny & im 98% sure they dont want either of them anymore

IMO for the Rockets it wouldn't be about "value" with Asik for Gibson. Just think of a starting frontcourt with Taj and Dwight. That's devastating for opponents...

Taj can hit that 15 ft as well as finish at the rim. He's like a better bigger version of Haslem
