Mo was actually pretty good as a starter for Memphis in 2011-12 when Zbo was out for 60 games. The fact that we won 50+ games and had a top 4 seed with him as a starter says a lot. Maybe he was just replicating what Zbo did on a lower scale (rebound and score buckets). He was also good at taking charges
