I agree he's the goat shooter and a great decoy, but he's got probably one of if not the greatest collections of talent around him...if say Steph was in Philly or Sac does he make them title contenders?

:lol at "greatest collection of talent around him"

Dude won a championship and MVP as the best player on a team that NOBODY expected to win 67 games in the West. Let alone beat LeBron James in the finals.

The Warriors were trending towards being good. But nobody ever thought they'd be historically great. That's revisionist history.

The Warriors have talent. But their talent is homegrown, home run draft picks that made unforeseen jumps as players.

The Warriors are a sum of all parts team.

Kevin Durant is their first big outside FA acquisition. And that's a HUGE acquisition.

But people gotta stop acting like GSW just went out and bought all the talent they have, instead of making smart deals, getting lucky with injuries and great scouting.

Lebbywinks had no help

Beating a team that had a rotation of
Delly
Jr
Lebron
Tristan
Mozgov
Shump
James Jones
Mike Miller

Man that is some doodoo caca around lebron not sure if I forgot anyone

No one said they "bought" their team, besides aquiring KD

You said "greatest collection of talent"....its clear what you implied there.

Great players need other great players to win championships in the NBA so it's a moot point either way. The Golden State phenomena is a team that's successful do to a number of random factors, unforeseen jumps, team building, great coaching, great system, chemistry, and smart signings.

I just realized I'm arguing with a guy that just called Steph curry an "overrated one trick pony"....

I gotta stop doing this :lol :{

James Jones went to 6 straight finals b. Put some respeck on his name

Raps win 58 games Demar averages 32 on decent shooting splits does he win MVP ?? I don't even know what to think of him right now dude makes some tough shots

Agreed.

Being a prolific shooter means nothing. Kyrie has clearly demonstrated what a great all around player he is over the course of his career.

Steph wishes he was filling up the stat sheet like Uncle Drew.

Is this sarcasm? Kyrie has shown his whole career what a great all around player he is? Filling up the stat sheet? What? All he does is score. Him at point guard was one of the main reasons this past Olympic team struggled...they had nobody to set anybody up and Kyrie just wanted to score every play.

Curry averages 27, 6 and 4 right now while Kyrie averages 24, 4 and 3. I hope you were trolling.

How the hell does he not win ?

58 wins will get the #1 seed in the East

32 PPG on 47% from the field when the guy shoots no threes.

He's a man possessed so far this season

He's on fire right now but math says that the regression is coming and will be glorious.

He trolling us to hell right now though, he used some of that 130 million to buy a piece of MJ's soul from the devil.

Curry had a top 10 individual season of all time last year in the regular season. Lol at one trick pony.

Zeke/Myrie side by side never gets old. :lol

Zeke really been balling this year though, gotta put some respect on his name.

Boston been a massive disappointment so far and imma be the one to come out and say part of it is on Stevens.

Roster construction definitely leaves a little to be desired but his rotations have been horrendous for a while now.

He still coaches like he's in college from that standpoint, guys have even come out and said that it bothers them that they don't know who they going to be playing with on any given night.

**** just doesn't work in the NBA, you not winning with a 12 man rotation especially when the end of your bench isn't even talented like that.

All them out of bounds plays is cool but he still has growing to do.

They've been without 2 of their 3 best players too. No team would look good under those circumstances. Now that being said, they've been getting smashed on the defensive glass and that will still probably be an issue when Horford and Crowder return. That's probably gonna be an issue all year.

I'd say better than top 10.

It was the best offensive season in history by a long shot.

He had a offensive BPM of 12.36, next closest was MJ in '88 at 9.82.

That sounds even sillier when you type it out.

Lebron in '09, MJ in '89 and Curry in '16 stand alone when we talking about individual greatness.

Yea both of those guys are definitely missed, Crowder especially.

With the makeup of the team though, I struggle to find how Al really gives them something to put them over the top and make them competitive against the other Top 3 teams in the East.

Boston will get healthy and start rolling but the rebounding and rim protection will bury them eventually.

Come on, Freeze Em. Do better.

is having mutiple draft picks pan out not a collection of talent?
