Be realistic, Russ dominated in a way no other PG has without KD and with Dion Waiters as his second option.

Thing is though KD was PART of that selfish system and benefited greatly from it as an individual. Ironically if he wasn't playing so selfishly to start Game 6 against OKC they likely win that game going away.
