Those are all "roster-able" guys to me so instead of cutting one of them loose where someone is bound to scoop up for "free", see what position you may want to upgrade and package one of those guys along with whatever current player you have at the position you want to upgrade (RB, QB or WR) for a better player at that spot.

Of course, if you have same luck as me, maybe everyone in your league is an unrealistic idiot when it comes to making trades and won't make any reasonable trade even if it's good for them, all b/c they're hell bent on fleecing you in a trade

Diggs or Graham. Diggs will get looks but I can imagine his value drops without Teddy there.

Don't think it's too early, nor the worst possible pick. How would the trade look?

Finished one of my drafts last night.  Pretty competitive 8 man league I am in, but I am happy with the WR's I ended up with.  Went WR/WR/WR first three rounds.  Did some trading to trade up to take antonio brown.

I'll be the 12th pick and was wondering what would most likely be my best WR options for my first two picks?

I'm thinking Marshall, maybe Dez (though i'm not too high on him cause of no Romo), maybe Allen, Hilton, Nelson? Am I heading the right direction with these guys?

I was last pick in one of my drafts. #12 standard. I went Gronk/Nuk.

Don't discount the TE spot imo. Gronk is worth that extra boost as you set him in and forget it. Clear cut TE to have and significant enough upgrade to everyone else to not take if he slips.

I also wanted to get a top tier wr in all of my drafts (AB, ODB, Jones) but David Johnson fell to me in some drafts (8ish range) so went with him. Employ whatever system you want but when someone you value slides you gotta go with him.

FF drafting is about value, but as of late that value points to WR as they have been more consistent but if someone slides you believe in, you gotta bite.

8 man league? Idk don't think most can give you valuable input as all teams would be stacked.

Are you in a PPR league? I'm not big on Vereen but Sproles will be used heavy in the Eagles offense

No unfortunately, my team would be much better in that case with Woodhead.
