Amar'e Stoudemire not happy about his playing time this season. Wasn't that part of the deal coming in? "That was not a part of the deal.”

au contraire, at least he stepped up and tried. which is a lot more than we can say for some of the others tasked with guarding him. wade got funked on today too. i just want to see the EFFORT. not the red carpet harden defense ****Dude doesn't have right to speak when he got destroyed by Biyombo

If OKC had harden this would be a series
If my aunt had a penis she would be my uncle.
As much as I don't mess with them,OKC's giving them a series regardless
Stoudemire....yikes. Hey, he started and gave some decent product, but yikes nonetheless.
He was benched because he had no business out there, besides that I can see what he means about some obtuse times in the regular season where he was benched
anyone saying yikes to stats comment has no idea what theyre talking about. he didnt play much in the season or post. but still shot over 50% iirc. i think he was doing better than many of our players with the same minutes per game. why the hate?
oh snap, mr.cool got caught slippin'Is that one guy still doing " that's a wrap folks " that's the end of xx day of the nba finals ?
but... a player who plays like 10 minutes a game, giving u like 6 or 8 points a game on 50%+ shooting, and is your only backup defensive presence down low.... why bench that? why did he not touch the floor today while we struggled to even tickle biyombo?

precisely. when plan a isn't working, move to plan b. spo doesn't believe in that.
I refuse to believe Amare' couldn't have made a difference.

They were aggressively packing the paint and defensively he was of our weakest links... Why we didn't try him at PF for more size or rebounding? idk but he wasn't a good answer at C

ahhhhhhhh i see. then i agree. yea, he definitely doesnt complain. i thought yikes at him wanting more minutes i was like hes one of the most efficient players we got lolFam, I didn't mean yikes as in his performance over the course of the season, hell, he's still one of my favorite players, I said yikes because how often do you hear STAT speak out like that? He was a good locker room dude, stayed positive, and gave what he could, when he was allowed to play, which he did for the first time I could remember he did healthy and without a minutes restriction. I'm with you, he was still efficient as hell and he even got better on defense. The team as a whole didn't defend the p-n-r very well. He was decent when he started ahead of Whiteside, then there were times he didn't even play when Whiteside started again. I just said yikes because he never complains.
to be devils advocate, even IF he was one of our weakest links, hes better than mcroberts. and mcroberts got a good amount of burn today which amounted to nothing. and furthermore, even IF he wasn't a good answer at C.... he probably wouldve done better at C than winslow. or even as u suggested, in at PF to help winslow on the weak side rotation. all of these things, better than him not playing a single second.

This wasn't really a series he could be an effective C in
Yea' I think it was odd he complained. Him and McRoberts being healthy but not seeing the court for months in the regular season was frustrating even for me. He was quoted in saying that this was part of Spo's process, which is why I thought he was cool... idk but if this is about this series here then I don't want to here itFam, I didn't mean yikes as in his performance over the course of the season, hell, he's still one of my favorite players, I said yikes because how often do you hear STAT speak out like that? NO. mcrob has had more than enough chances. the ONLY thing mcrob has proven is that he is scared to shoot. and i hate it cuz he was a VERY decent 3pt shooter before he came. and it all disappeared. now when he gets the ball at the 3 he doesn't even look at the rim, even when wide open. he is TERRIFIED of shooting the 3. yet in practice videos, all u see is him practicing 3s. he was supposed to be a backup bosh. a big who can stretch the floor. this fool hardly stretches out the paint.

IMO him and McRoberts didn't really get a fair shot
McBob was huge for us the last few games but he still is a terrible look at C. I still would've had him in there over STAT but yea' could've maybe been some minutes in there for himto be devils advocate, even IF he was one of our weakest links, hes better than mcroberts. and mcroberts got a good amount of burn today which amounted to nothing. and furthermore, even IF he wasn't a good answer at C.... he probably wouldve done better at C than winslow. or even as u suggested, in at PF to help winslow on the weak side rotation. all of these things, better than him not playing a single second.
He had a decent stretch before he got injured the first year and was decent with the bench this year til' tthey started "monitoring minutes" and some "never-healing bone bruise", him not shooting just got worse from there and the on and off minutes.
