Rape culture actually exists. I've seen it and experienced the ppl who rock with it from top down; the perpetratorsnand those that enable them. So acting like it aint real cuz the word culture is used is just bull ****.

What exactly is the issue?

My point is I totally understand that rape is 100% real and is a huge societal problem. I disagree with the term "rape culture" and everything that gets lumped into it. It's totally not fair for a man or woman to show interest in a person because their interested and actually are attracted to them and that person then accuses the other individual as being guilty of perpetuating the "rape culture" narrative. **** is all the way ****** up

It doesn't matter if you agree or disagree with the term rape culture.

It exists regardless.

I didn't quote Zik to agree or disagree. I already got the heel turn, sweet chin music when I tried to compliment someone in here.

Anyway, maybe some of you still won't get it, but that part that Zik said is sort of what I was trying to say.

Some of you sounded like cops in the locker room laughing at a situation that is actually all too real.

Whether the defendant was lying about the cops beating his *** or not, for officers to make it a go to catch-phrase just screams of insensitivity to the people who DID actually get their *** beat.

And when the officers get upset and scream "how dare you associate us with police brutality?!?!?! ffujahsdhdjdakuso!!!"

Just shows that they are only looking at it from one side.

That circle the wagons mentality can be a mutha....

Comments like that just contributes to the situation in the sense that there are people who ACTUALLY THINK IT'S TRUE.

And when they hear their boys laughing and joking and getting defensive about it, they now think there's really nothing wrong with the "culture" cuz everyone else "agrees" with it.

That's why it's important for people to jump in and be like whoa, whoa, whoa....

Dantoni robbed him of a potential hall of fame NBA career

One of the things that irked me, and showed Dantoni's poor leadership. If he was the least bit observant he would see that Marbury was going through some mental struggles, but at some point he was over the hump and ready. You can tell some of these dudes only look at their players as pieces.
