My issue With RotY is the same as it is with 6MotY. It's a nonsense ppg fest. Never any context applied.

Embiid should win this regardless. He's the best rookie and the guy captivated people every second he played. This award is the one where there's no reason to nitpick.

Wow Dario averaged 10 pts on one of the worst teams in the league, while Brogdon played his role well for a playoff team consistently all season ...FOH , if u gave Brogdon the keys to a bum *** squad like the sixers his numbers woulda went up too ...but no point with u homers gon homer, sixers r great etc etc
