Isnt that part of why Harden left OKC .. he's the face of Houston and THE man with the ball now hes gonna be the 2 guard again [emoji]129300[/emoji]
Well this is true except he never left and openly said he would have stayed. He got traded over 5 million dollars.

Players understand they can't win by themselves.

They need dynamic all stars to win, thank to Golden State Warriors, we will see an era in the NBA with super teams.

I LIKES IT

I'm cool w it too cause the HS talent is getting even better so at some point the league will be full of all star talent players on most teams. I'm watching these 2020 kids and I'm blown man

this is what surprises me most. Harden was a phenomenal pg by my estimate. and those numbers led to wins and mvp votes. Wild he'd be down to let that go and give the reigns to cp3. Yall know immediately, Rockets CP3 team now.
Yes...James Harden is crazy for allowing the team to improve. Why on earth would he want to sacrifice numbers for a better chance of winning?
Cuz Harden ain't got that Mamba blood

i want to say this makes houston better than sanantonio but james harden always sucks when it matters

Take your warriors colored glasses off for a sec and be real with yourself.

I'd rather watch 2000's NBA than this version of the league.

Teams jacking up 30+ 3's a game and no post presence , but "this is the best the league has ever been"

yea, sure :lol

Lol this era really started back in 07 with Boston or you can say that one year when the Lakers had Malone and Payton. Rather then have all stars spread around the league now it's consolidated to a few teams :smokin

How come ya'll only talk about that "being the man" **** when it comes to certain teams?

I haven't seen any of you ****** say anything about the 97 all stars that's been linked to Cleveland so far this summer.

Haven't seen one person say..."why would Paul George want to go play with Lebron and Kyrie".

cleveland is bron's team, till kyrie plays better, then its his team.

pg doesnt want to go play with bron and kyrie.

what in the blue hell are you rambling about?

He got traded
LMFAO.

dudes in here thinking harden intentionally left one of the best wing players ever in KD, and an athletic all around PG with Russ, to go to Houston to "be the man"

This trade still doesnt make sense to me from the Rockets standpoint.  Wouldnt trying to bring in a Gordon Hayward and keeping the players they traded be better than Chris Paul?  It just blows my mind that the Rockets having Harden with the ball in his hand, which led to one of the Rockets best seasons in recent history, is willing to change that up completely one year later.

Just makes no sense to me.

Did we not see how James Harden being the only one with ball in his hands come back to bite them in the ***?

Harden said he wants to play off ball more. He had 90% ball in hand usage and wore down.

Its easy. It will work.

I'm not blaming the warriors for the current state of the league bruh. They aren't the first "super team" and they damn sure won't be the last.

I'm discussing the current style of play my dude.

Because a Harden/Paul tandem is better than a Harden/(insert whoever you think the second best player on the Rockets was last season) tandem. Stars drive the league.
