Paul Pierce & Clippers have agreed to extend the deadline on his contract to enable him to be traded before he retires, sources say. About $1M of Pierce's $3.6M is guaranteed but he could be traded or aggregated into a larger deal. Gives Clippers another asset if they need to use it.

At the end of the day, you don't put all the responsibility on Harden now. How can you say it doesn't help them beat the Spurs when SAS could just put Kawhi on Harden to close out games after Harden literally did everything for that team?
Now, you have the ability to have teams pick their poison and create more off ball opportunities for Harden. You literally have two of the best playmakers in the league.
