Every few years we get teams adding random "stars" to their team in hopes of winning but what they fail to realize that chemistry/fit is a HUGE deal.

Unless you are combining top 5 talent together (see Wade and Lebron....Curry and Durant) chemistry/fit is more important than anything.  Teams just rushing to add as many all stars together - ain't gonna work
