Butler does, but Lowry is very effective without the ball and he's a 40% shooter from 3. He'd be a perfect fit honestly. And he'd actually take the ball out of Stringer's hands and more into KAT's which is what's needed anyway.

It makes more sense for them to throw money at RFAs in their low-mid 20s that can hopefully help the team grow than it does to give big money to a 30 year old...
