When will you fools learn this whole player A is better than player B mostly has to do with opportunity.

KD was "the best player in the world" during the finals because of the opportunity he got by putting himself on the Warriors. Replace Kawhi with him and you get the same results...now all of a sudden, Kawhi is the best in the world. Not saying you can replace anyone with KD but there are certain players in tiers that are interchangeable and therefore their success depends upon their opportunity.

Kyrie is being considered top 10 by that poster because he saw him playing well in the finals. Replace him with Wall at the start of the season and same thing probably happens. Same results (loss in 5 games to the GSW).

We should really be talking about tiers, not ranking them numerically 1-XX.
