connor williams has pretty much missed the whole season with a knee injury. there’s no real good reason for him to play in that bowl game.

And when he did play he wasn't good.

He could have benefited from putting some good tape out from this season before May. His evaluation is going to mostly deal with his Sophomore tape which while good, that Baylor blocking scheme is simple, and the league has seen guys struggle when adjusting from it.

He can't participate in any of the post season stuff, and the combine is going to do nothing for him since everyone already knows he moves well for his size. The only way to answer questions about his playing strength and toughness is by actually playing and proving the poor play was injury related.

Yup, apparently he's from Ohio. Didn't know he played at Mt. Union. Schiano bounces after next season and he takes over.

All these mock drafts have the Bengals drafting Williama. If they pick another tackle who was injured all year with a first round pick then I'll be livid.
