Bats stopped hitting. Trea made a couple of massively critical errors. A handful of ball/strike calls went against us. That's why we're losing. Not moves by Doc, not terrible pitching. We stopped hitting and **** went against us, that's all. On to next year.

Meanwhile, I just realized I was wearing the same hoodie for all three of these Ls. This ****'s going into my fireplace.

Padres were aggressive af at the trade deadline, Max Preller risking it all as always. Have to tip the cap to them, the little brother isn’t little no more. Come back correct next season.

So the last 3 batters were the best hitters for the team. A team that had the best pitching and best offense in all of baseball.

I hope JT retires, or they bury him on the bench next year. I’m cool with letting Belli go, same with Trea. As much love I have for Kersh, I’m okay with him walking as well. There has to be major changes to the roster next year.

What magical wizard do you think is going to come to this team and suddenly guide them to a season BETTER than 111 wins??? We essentially lost a 4-game series to a hot team 3-1. That's it, that;s how our season ended. I mean, give me a break. This doomsday talk whenever a team doesn't win a championship is by far the worst part of sports fandom. It's worse than the actual losing. I see it constantly here in New England, and it's one of the things I've luckily missed over the last 17 years or so I've been a Dodgers fan. I pray it doesn't creep into the majority of the team's fanbase, because nothing will ever make someone happy when they have that attitude.

It's sports. More times than not your team loses. Get over it. Yeesh....
