some cracks in the Warriors armor? Draymond is looking for that big payday and can you blame him? He's eligible for the supermax (5 years/$200+m; 40m/annually) and the Warriors are gonna offer him something around half that. I think that Draymond is gonna be the odd man out and either get traded or walk.

The dude is 28 and this next contract is gonna be his only big payday most likely. I can see him saying "I've got 3 rings, won DPOY, I want to get paid like a superstar now"

One more ring only anyways. Then the breakup we all are so used too.

So Bron meeting with Cavs tomorrow, where is that info at? Prolly letting them know he bouncing and he may opt in for a sign & Trade..........or last depression of optimistic, figure out a plan on what to do with 8 pick, K love, rest of the squad.....best we can do is probably bring in Kemba walker for 8th pick if he stays lol

watch magic johnson give his boy draymond that max contract :pimp:
or do a sign and trade for julius and ingram

GMs losing their minds. you do not hand out the biggest payday to an nba player at that age (33-37 yo). this is what handcuffs organizations and cripples any room for flexibility. nobody will trade for that contract, you are pretty much stuck with cp0. then again, there are GMs who take bad contracts on :lol

There are definitely reasons for joining the Lakers, but winning a championship next season is not one of them. Why would LeBron go to the Lakers if winning a championship next season is even somewhat of a priority? Even considering the best of the best scenarios, like if Kawhi and PG somehow went to the Lakers with him, they would still only be a "big 3" and wouldn't match the Warriors. Not to mention the role players Warriors have would be superior to the Lakers role players as well.
mike breen stated during the finals that lebron said he was at peace with where hes at in his career.

maybe winning another title isnt a priority at all. maybe he is content and does not want the pressure of always having to bring trash to the finals for no reason.

If i'm LeBron, I have to consider going to a team which can afford me the situation to not have to defend the other players best offensive player (ie. KD). LeBron is 33 going on 34. He's had arguably the greatest year of his professional career, but we've seen this movie before across professional sports. Usually stellar athletes will outperform throughout the course of the year and play at a level we've never seen before. But it almost always follows the next season or season after with the player "hitting a wall". The human body isn't capable to perform at the levels these guys play under.

LeBron needs to forget about Harden and figure out a way to bring in PG-13 and another versatile big that can block off the paint and run around out in the perimeter. Lonzo isn't polished offensively, but he's an above average facilitator and does a lot of small things which has a huge impact on the floor.

CP3 and Harden are going to take up 80% of the Rockets cap in 2021. This is going to be fantastic.

i used to think morey was one of the smart ones
cp3 played well against the warriors but him stretching the limits of his body yielded what 20 ppg, 8 assists and a blown hamstring

RIP to the rockets future

If it’s the lakers in a sign and trade what do they give to Cleveland or possibly to another team if it’s a three team trade
nothing. teams dont have to give them anything.

hes a free agent

and the teams that cant afford him dont have **** to trade

When you have a window...you have to do what you have to do at all costs to maximize your chances.

Most of you seem to think Houston has a window (I don't but hey)...so this is the price they have to pay.

There's also no chance at all Lebron even considers Houston w/o CP3 there.
