zo is already a good defenderIf i'm LeBron, I have to consider going to a team which can afford me the situation to not have to defend the other players best offensive player (ie. KD). LeBron is 33 going on 34. He's had arguably the greatest year of his professional career, but we've seen this movie before across professional sports. Usually stellar athletes will outperform throughout the course of the year and play at a level we've never seen before. But it almost always follows the next season or season after with the player "hitting a wall". The human body isn't capable to perform at the levels these guys play under.
LeBron needs to forget about Harden and figure out a way to bring in PG-13 and another versatile big that can block off the paint and run around out in the perimeter. Lonzo isn't polished offensively, but he's an above average facilitator and does a lot of small things which has a huge impact on the floor.
I think the Rockets have a real shot. I'm sure Lebron would love to go there, just dont know if Cleveland would want to take any of those awful contracts back in a S&T
George hill last year is only guranteed 1 mill so they can off him tooThey wouldn’t. Dan Gilbert already said he ain’t paying the luxury tax if LeBron leaves. Love would go to the highest bidder probably. Korver and JR would probably get offered buyouts to go join contenders. They’d blow it all the way up IMO.
Kobe also brought the city 5 rings
Everyone knew it was a career contract
Cp3 might bring them Lebron, so guess $200mil as a thank you makes a lil sense
Lol Kobe ws making half that
Lebron got money to make that man disappear. He’s gotta relax
Are we taking in account the cap spike? The money difference is huge but both old dudes are taking up a quarter of the cap.
Houston would be paying to contend. Lakers were paying to pretend about the olden days
Delonte still out here

The cap when Kobe got 24.5M was 70M. The cap in 2021 is projected to be 110M-120M.
