Nah if the Lakers trade assets to POR say Ingram + Hart or Zo + Hart, there's no more kings ransom assets for the Spurs to ask from the Lakers. The price gets even lower for us in that case if they still try and trade or drives the price down even more for other suitors since they know he's going to become a free agent anyway.
You have Bron and Dame in tow and Kawhi walks right into the cap space next summer and bam... superteam.
