He's a below average starter who can't play defense, stops the ball and has a bad attitude. The good teams don't need him and the bad teams would rather play young players with potential over a 34 year old Melo who thinks he's still a star. If he took a page out of Wade's playbook and knew his role, more teams would be willing to sign him.
