What people don’t understand about LA/NYC is that the reason they have the best looking girls is because small pockets of dimes from Wisconsin, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, etc migrate there to get a taste of the big city life and attempt to live like the yambs they see on their favorite tv shows and in movies not realizing how ******* expensive it is. That’s why the baristas, waitresses, bartenders, etc are so damn fine in those cities

99% of NBA coaches wouldn't put their players through 2 and a half hour conditioning drills after the 2nd night of a back to back.
This is not college or high school basketball where coaches run a dictatorship.

I highly doubt the rest of the league dont care about practice and there are many type of leadership skills. For christ sake, Bobby Knight was beating up his players and they were winning.
Problem is, when you have a lax dude that let players get away with anything and you come in trying to change the culture, then yes, players ***** and moan.
Seems like you never been in charge same with other dude.
Not saying is the best leadership style, but its certainly one.

I lead every day. It's not a good leadership style at all. It's too extreme too fast, especially with people who have ZERO trust in you.
