Right?!? Just because you make a lot of money, doesn’t mean you are automatically stripped of the right to be unsatisfied with your working conditions. You think Bill Gates or Warren Buffett never *****ed about work?
***** is one thing, calling "HR" the league is another.

That's what I'm talking about.

I guess is totally acceptable. Ok carry on.

I lead every day. It's not a good leadership style at all. It's too extreme too fast.

He was an assistant for how long now? He should know better. He's about to not have a job and never get a head coaching gig again.
Is not a good leadership style to you. Doesnt mean is not a good leadership style. Always get me when people know what's a good or bad leadership style.

Just like there are many undesirable traits that one wouldnt want but many successful people have.

Again, my problem is how they quick to call the league. How about what happens in their house stays in their house.

Obviously there are a variety of leadership styles. But for a young basketball team this one is not it.
Iight whatever my dude.

I'm not going to argue something that neither you or I know. They might need that type of discipline with a more charismatic coach or maybe not.

I know people that can tell another perso. You're a piece of **** to another and that person ve loved regardless.

Again. My issue is with them letting this out to include calling HR. Sounds and is a ***** move to me.

I've never had to lead people younger than me, so yes you're right I dont know. I am the youngest doctor at both my jobs though and everyone I work with listen to me so I guess my leadership skills are ok.

Back to basketball though. To me it sounds like they never liked the dude. Like i said, he's been there for how long now? They dont respect him, point blank. There's also zero patience on both their side and his side. This is a losing battle. In this league, players always in.

Who do you think they should've hit up? Coach on the power play, so you can't talk to him, his response to anything challenging his hand would be 'more laps' son an abusive parent.

So then who, GM? Perhaps. Can't jump to owner, chain of command.

HR is there for the players to talk to. They act as middle man. HR typically acts as intermediary in companies. The liaison between employees and management. You talk to them when you have problem instead of swinging on your boss.

What's the problem?

it really is crazy to me to give a guy on a 1 yr contract a NTC. Like...that's probably the dumbest decision as a gm you can make.

besides giving cp3 40 mil a yr. but who would do that right?

There is no problem. Dude is always on here complaining about some nonsense.

I'm assuming you're talking about a corporation where HR has been established to resolve such problems vices then going straight to Ownership.

However, there are other routes if your manager is abusing his power. If you're talking strictly on this case, going to the owner is a very realistic option and is not jumping chain of command. Furthermore, it be more appreciated to the ownership if he was made aware rather than listing it through HR and media. Now you made him seem like a moron alongside everyone involved in upper management. Not to mention HR complains are heavily used when a person even believe theres unbiased, without a merit of truth. Although in highly encourage it when the employee has exhausted efforts to correct something blatantly wrong and nothing happens. In addition to harrassment based on gender, race or Religion.

It’s a NBA rule they didn’t given him anything

When 90% of the league doesnt ***** about practice, but 1 team does, there's something wrong. Jimmy over here cant lead, this is not how you win a young team over.
It’s not even about complaining  given the nba schedule, you’re only practicing when you have several days off in between games, which only happens a handful of times during the season. Brad Stevens mentioned that as the biggest difference between college and nba.

You’re definitely not practicing when you have 3 games in 4 nights like Boylen tried to do
