People were talking about how KD couldnt be better than lebron because he has all star teammates then people brought up the allstars lebron played with and then the argument became KD didnt do **** by himself

Lebron didnt do **** without two other allstars on his team either
Bron took a team of bums to the finals at age 22

KD wasn’t doing that and couldn’t do it either
even in the east at that age

One of the top 10 arguably top 5 players of all time was never the best player in the L over a 20 yr career

On one tonight in here

I'm a die-hard Lakers fan and I think the only season he was the best player in the league was 2007-2008. If you disagree with me, then ststr your case.

Probably meant to say 4 hall of famers (him, Bosh, Wade, Sugar Ray)

Ray Allen all star and HOF for sure....but the facts are facts.....if ray allen the player that lebron played with played like that player for his entire career he never makes a all star team nor HOF....his role to lebron was like steve kerr to MJ not klay tompson to steph curry........Lebron played with shaq, but not HOF SHAQ

lol love how people give credit to lebron for making finals at 22 coming out of the EAST.......do you guys really think he makes it to 10 finals if he played his entire career in the west?
i give lebron tons of credit for making 8 finals in east, great job but to say KD didnt at out west at that age and hes weak for it is comical......lets see how many finals lebron makes out west...it won't be even half his seasons out there

How many championships has the west won since 99? unless something changes this year and someone in east wins. it will be 5 times in 20 that east has won....pathetic...

lebron better not miss playoffs this year....

Players who without question are better than
Kobe

Jordan
Kareem
Magic
LeBron
Shaq

Hes up there with
Bird
Duncan
Hakeem

I dont even know where to put wilt/russell and the other old dudes.

Nah brah, Cali>>>NY. West Coast >>>> East Coast (and this is coming from someone who was raised on the east coast). I thought we settled this years ago.

also, how's the weather in NY :lol::lol::rofl:
West coast people stay acting like winter in nyc is some terrible thing. It’s literally like super cold for like a month or two then it’s 40 and up the rest of the way.

Why are Cali dudes so soft? Type of dudes to wear a bubble when it’s 60 degrees outside. That’s shorts weather over here playboi

Big reason why Kobe is held in such regard is longevity.

He was really good when he was young and was steady till 34.

He didnt really have that one season where he was head and shoulders the best player in the league.

I was with you up until the bolded but I don’t wear shorts so maybe I’m biased or maybe even not the right person to say 60 degrees isn’t shorts weather.

Warriors were plotting on Unibrow for years lmao.
That was their backup plan if KD bounced.

Now that Unibrow is going to LA/NY in 2020, Steph moved on to a new target

I’m born and raised in Cali, but for whatever reason have a high tolerance for cold. I’m pretty much always in shorts and t-shirt except at work. I’ll be out in shores when it’s in the upper 50s and low 60s and people are always like, “wow. Aren’t you cold? You must be from Minnesota or something.” So, that kind of proves your point.

:lol::lol: Just like some NY cat. Y'all glorify living in crappy weather and call anyone who doesn't want to deal with it "soft". There's a reason people move to Cali and never go back to the East Coast. Why deal with crappy weather at all if you don't have to?

Maybe LeBron going to the worst time zone is a factor.

Yeah Bron going out west has to be a factor. When he was in the east he was appt. television for alot of people whether they liked him or not. No matter the team the Cavs were playing if he was in the first half of a double header on espn/tnt people were going to watch no matter what the match up was. Especially in the EST zone

With him going out west, there is just not a consistent draw on the early game. Just certain matchups.

Never-mind, I don't know how many people in the EST are staying up for western conf. games ending after 1 and going to work a full work day consistently

06 when they mistakenly gave Steve Nash MVP.

Nobody else in the league that year could have had the lakers (7 seed) bringing the suns (2 seed) to the brink of elimination in the first round.

That game 7 however is the most inexcplicable performance by a hall of famer I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if Kobe was hurt, Mad, or trying to channel Ronaldo at the ‘98 World Cup but it was just weird that he no-showed in a game that would have increased his legend.

He had Chris Mihm, Smush Parker and Kwame Brown and Lamar Odom and almost knocked out Nash, Marion and Amare.

The disrespect in this thread targeted at Kobe is less about his game and more about the fact that he was one of the most unlikable players to play in the league. I don’t care what y’all say.
