Yankees not celebrating a wild card win :pimp:
I think all MLB team celebrate every series win in the post season by popping bottles. Someone correct me

 let *****s live man. If *****s wanna celebrate a playoff birth and you too good for that so be it. What does the Clippers celebrating a playoff birth have to do with the Lakers

Nothing. Let em celebrate. I honestly thought they were done when the trade went down. Doc out here doing a hell of a job. Better hope and pray Lakers can pry him away from the Clippers.

I used to hoop in my 95s after they reached a certain point.
Air maxs will have you rolling your ankle with how high it is above the ground.

I hooped in some lunarlon running shoes out of preference cause i blew my basketball shoes money on retros that had abysmal traction. That wasnt that bad cause they were low to the ground.

No, dude.

In the end it's all opinion, we all just speakin our beliefs, but there are standards for certain teams.

The Yankees ain't cool with just makin the LDS.
Duke ain't cool just makin the Sweet 16.
The Cowboys don't clamor for Wild Card victories.
Bama ain't celebrate Bowl wins.
The Lakers don't give two ****s about the playoffs. We demand Titles. ****, I want our team mascot to be the Larry O'Brien Trophy. Not a joke either, I'm dead ***.
**** first rounds, and we made it 22+ years and won exactly zero titles (Jazz, Blazers) naw.

That ain't our standard. If it's yours, thas cool for y'all (I apologize, I do not know your specific team) but my team doesn't have that little engine that could luxury. Participation trophies & ****.

**** I WISH my Dolphins would embrace that culture. :frown:

dudes be So damn upset that Lakers fans want & expect more it's ridiculous. Could you imagine the amount of Lol's had if we had clinched a playoff birth & were popping champagne & ****,

Everyone should be impressed by the Clippers and they have every reason to celebrate. They're in the position to be the best team in the league J the next two years and they will likely be the best team in California.

there's a difference between expectation and entitlement

Who has entitlement tho, We EXPECT to build championship teams, We EXPECT to bring in Top tier players... most fans don't feel entitled to it at all, it's what we are use to, it's something we have seen over and over again. entitlement to ya'll = fans having a high standard.

People act as **** is just handed to the Lakers... as if they just show up & and gain great players without putting in any work. The last few years has showed that, end of the day the work has to be put in & i'm completely confident that the Lakers will get back to that level within the next few years. If that's not "humble" enough for other fanbases **** em & enjoy your moral victories.

A few things,

1. It’s silly to have firm rules for who should celebrate what and when in sports. Context matters, as usual.

2. The Clippers popped a bottle. One. Not like it was a full-on championship celebration.

3. Think it was a **** you moment to all the experts who doubted them as much as it was a celebration of a playoff berth. Probably wouldn’t have happened if they weren’t pretty universally projected to win 33 games. Again, context.

4. #GoClippers #ClipperNation :nthat:

LeBron is going to be 35 years old next year. There’s no magical “refocus” that he needs/is going to do. The bad thing is this is as good as LeBron is ever going to be as a Laker.

I'm not in? I gave y'all props. Don't have me get physical.

My bad, but I don’t really include you in the “Lakers fans” group on here. You’re kind of your own thing...and I mean that as a compliment...
