I'm firing MDA then calling Phoenix for Booker and Ayton or Boston for Tatum and Brown. They might as well start completely over. Thinking a Harden lead team can win a chip was BS.
Tatum and brown for harden?!?:rofl:
Booker and Ayton for harden??:rofl:

Hawks could’ve got off of Bazemore’s contract and got the extra pick from Dallas? I highly doubt that
They dumb for not doing that if true, dont see why they would say no to that...especially since I hear alotta ppl complaining bout him still being on the squad not like he's wanted :lol

Once again I never said acquiring Capela is messing up the Hawks finances or preventing the team from making moves, I said that he isnt the type of deal that they are looking for right now...It seems like u arguing a whole other point..so ima just say ok

Okay I'll make this simple.

Clint has 4 years and 66 million left and is 25.

If he was a free agent do you think the Hawks would sign him to that the deal?

We wanted to add Wes for Bazemore and they said no.

Would have been off of Bazemore's 19Ms this upcoming season

The Hawks just ate 25Ms to get a super protected 2022 1st but they wouldn't pay 66 over 4 years for a player that fits their timeline and needs perfectly?

Not really. He doesn’t make them contenders (or even a playoff team) and they have Collins and will probably draft another big in the draft.

No...They are more likely to draft a younger C who might be able to shoot with their lotto picks, most of the draft "experts" got em taking a big at the #10 spot

Get them to throw some picks in if you want. Then ya'll still have to find a sucka to take that CP3 contract. Rockets are in a bad position. Win now mode but you're running in place with terrible deals and no young talent. It could get ugly for them.

Thats fair and I can see that happening. They do need a defensive minded big. Dedmon most likely walking, Len isnt a defender, Spellman I'm not sure about. Thats why I brought it up. Plus you can offload Capela as an expiring down the line

I somewhat agree but trading harden can’t be the answer

Man, Rockets really trying to move up the **** show ladder...Everyone on the trading block, gonna have a lame duck coach. It was all good a little more than a year ago...

they’ve lost to an all time great team 2 years in a row... If Durant leaves they could very well win the West next year

The ridiculous part is that 27 straight missed 3s got us here. An absurd statistical anomaly. That doesn't happen and this doesn't come to pass.

Atlanta would be better off spending that money on filling out their bench and surrounding their young guys with quality role players and vets and just drafting Hayes or whatever center they like with their pick. Their scouting department has been solid as of late.

Excited to see the growth of Trae/Collins. Collins was damn good last year.

I feel like you just wanted to argue just to argue honestly
Now you’re being condescending for no reason lol

Clint Capela is tailor made to play next to Collins.

The fact yall think the Hawks or any damn team would prefer to give 4 one year contracts to players to worse than Clint Capela when are they mandated by the CBA to spend it tells me you didn't really know what you were talking about in the 1st place.

Especially when they spent 25 million 9 months ago to be the dumping ground for Carmelo's corpse.

What’s worse is that it wasn’t even 27 straight technically. Harden was clearly fouled on a few :lol
