OK. I guess it’s possible. One of the kids in my son’s pre-school class had a black mom and a white dad. The kid looked white - super light skin and blonde hair. In Schroeder’s case, it apparently worked the opposite way.

Of course there's a difference between nationality and ethnicity.
I've never argued against that.
But there seems to be this bizarre thinking on this board that ethnicity trumps nationality
If someone wants to identify themselves by their nationality no one can invalidate that.
