I hope Dort spends his acquired VC this offseason on a few shooting badges and ups his stats, because he's a non-factor offensively.
Like passing him the ball wastes 10+ seconds on offense if he's dribbling, he's shot three 3pts which haven't came close, slipped on drives and slowed down the offense, driving to the basket and passing out at the end of the shot clock instead of attacking the basket. Just real bad right now.

Dort’s problem on offense is he’s being forced to play a role he never has up until this point...Always had the ball in his hand and attacked the bucket
Now it’s stand in the corner and shoot 3’s, he needs some time to adjust ...Idk why OKC keeps drafting/signing these non shooters tho and thinkin they gon change anytime soon

I’m starting to think leaving him out there isn’t worth it. He can D up for sure but he is such a bad shooter. And he’s taking way too many shots. It’s not worth it if he’s gonna shoot this much.

This rockets team is just to reliant on three-point shooting. If they're hitting threes, they're nearly unbeatable but if they're missing threes they can lose to anybody. This is why I don't see them being much of a threat to the Lakers and I see the Lakers winning in five. Of course the rocket will have at least one game where they shoot 45% from three but I don't see them doing it for out of seven times.
