I remember my pe teacher in high school saying the bench press is one of the most useless workouts. He said if you’re on your back then you prob got your *** kicked lol.

I coach white collar and beginners… I do let them use kettlebells for their strength and conditioning. No bench press lol

Aside from Joshua and Fury who would be considered the top tier you have the lower tier from them being guys like Ruiz, Wilder, old *** Luis Ortiz, Usyk and Whyte. After them there's some other guys but not really proven against top comp
