They've got a good young QB and some decent skill position players Plus who knows when another NFL job may come knocking. He should strike while the iron is hot. Even if he fails at the NFL level, he can come back to college and get a great job.

I honestly rather wait than have the stench of getting fired 1 or 2 years from now from unreasonable expectations and dysfunctional ownership. Bears have been bad forever and never turn it around

And ND's got a good setup being independent in the 12 team format. Another job opportunity isn't guaranteed for sure but EYE wouldn't trust the Bears
