Based purely on this season, this makes a lot of sense. I would probably swap Nebraska and Penn State though. In my heart I still believe in the upside that Oregon has but they've looked shaky so far.

Yes just based on what we’ve seen so far. Oregon and PSU could very well be better than USC at the end of the season but from what we’ve seen they’ve both been meh.
