How do I get my hair to lay down as soon as it starts to grow it sticks up and becomes frizzy. I read somewhere you need a hard brush, at the moment I only have a Medium and soft brush Thanks!

Keep your hair moisturized, and brush, luckily I started my process in middle school so I could brush literally 8 hours a day in class and trained my hair like that. I brushed all day during school, and had a du rag on from football practice, till I got home, and all night after a shower, and in the am wouldnt take my du rag off till I got to school. So glad I got that out the way, 15 yrs later I just brush after showers and my waves are good, du rag when I sleep but now I just sleep on satin sheets so when I dont wear a du rag my hair doesnt get missed up.

Yeah alright I see I'm trying to Wolf right now I got haircut like 3 weeks ago and got it touch-up on Friday and I'm not trying to get a cut for another 3 weeks what's a good method for wolfing? I just hate how my hair sticks up.

if you dont work a job where you sweat, or you arent walking around alot in general during the day where you may weat, buy a pomade to keep your hair laid down. I would reccomend Cold Labels, its all natural so its less likely to clog your pores. They have 2 pomades, a lighter one for when your hair is low and a wolfing pomade when your hair is thicker. I dont use pomades when my hair is low, so I would say use th wolfing joint when ever you are going out and about, and just keep a soft brush with you so you can touch up and work on connection. Med/hard brush + wolfing = deeper waves/train your hair, soft brush = works on connection.

It is messy but just make sure to rub it in with your hands well, that helps a lot & then get to brushing after. It's actually a great moisturizer I was surprised.

Good looking out guys yeah I was trying to stay from pomade that's why I was asking but I've heard a lot of good things about that cold label pomade. I might have to try it out soon.

I do & yea its pretty oily/messy which is why I use it in moderation now. I take about 2 dime sized drops & just work it in. Its a great moisturizer just messy as hell.

Been wolfing since earlier September...Striving for Nov. 1.

Just ordered my Diane this past weekend..it shipped out today.

Should be getting it sometime around Friday.

Super blown i lost my CQP Caesar Medium in a drunken tirade at the casino. Had to settle for the medium/soft joints they had. CQP doesn't even know when they are gonna restock which makes it more devastating.

Here's my quick run-down of the brush:

- When brushing with it fresh out of the pack, the "weak" bristles fall out like crazy. This is normal, I call it "breaking in the brush".

- When brushing the "Daine" script tends to rub away. I advise you to put a piece of Scotch tape over the logo, to preseve it.

- The brush feels great on my scalp...Definitely rec. picking this brush up if you are serious about waving.

My next cop will be a "Running Boar 3119".

This is the brush that is suppose to be parallel to a OG Diane 8119, which is no longer available for under $65.

I would not worry about the writing coming off On the og dianes. It only comes off on the new school brushes.
