After much debate, ordered these tonight. Ordered with red laces to get the red dubrae, but will put in black laces immediately. Like a Courier with a touch of edge. Red lettering on the heel too.

I may go back in tomorrow and order this Mita-inspired pair, but I’m not in love with this shade of green. Do love the pink pop given the options. Someone talk me in/out of it...

Does anyone here remember when the B-Grade Linens hit the Nike Outlet in Conroe, Texas in 2002? Someone had posted in the outlet thread that they were there for $49.99- back when outlets would ship. I was able to grab 2 pairs. I remember my guy from Vintagekicks.com buying the bulk of them.

Recon Air Force Mid AF-X from 2008(ish)

Recon/Nort was an NYC boutique in soho back in the day that unfortunately closed. These were designed by legendary artist/store owner Stash. They have steel toes, thick metal hardware on the straps, and a really durable material that’s almost like ripstop fabric but not quite on the uppers. One of the few af1 mids that I like.

From the looks of others orders, it’s purple purple.

I order it and they look straight BLUE when I got them. Looked so much blue that it made me pull up the order to see if I made a mistake on the color I selected.
