To say people don’t like mids they sure do sell out fast.
That is because folks are willing to buy anything JB these days OR some people may have decided to have an open mind about Mids since JB have been coming out with some dope CWs lately. I never understood the whole "I hate Mids" thing and was never aboard that hate train. If it is dope, then I want to cop it! LOLTo say people don’t like mids they sure do sell out fast.

i don't mind the mid cut or jumpman logo. only thing i would ask is for some better leather quality on these mids.
That I can agree with. They have been stepping up their game on a couple of Mid releases this year with the leather, but that would be my request as well. For the $115 - 125 price point though, for me it eases up on the demand for leather quality. OG Highs at $170 though should ALWAYS have good leather quality and the fact that they do not always have that is a bit perplexing to me.

These just came in from Hibbett's and I must say, I like them WAY more than I thought I would! In person, the maroon color is very nice and dark (a color you would find on an expensive leather bag or something LOL).
The gold pendants may be gaudy to some, but I find it a very nice touch and they go with the maroon color in the shoe. They can all be removed (I did not feel like untying them to take them off LOL), so if they are not your style but you like the colorway, you can still rock these. Also, whatever leather/pleather that these are made out of is surprisingly soft. From looking at them you would think they are super hard, but they are not. The satin that is around the ankle is also very nice.

same here. i thought athlete's foot was part of bygone era that included Copeland Sports and Sports Authority.
In any case, glad I got the reminder on the Banned Mids. I missed this drop and will more than likely just miss future drops so I said **** it went on stockx. got my size for $50 over retail after shipping+taxes but **** it, it just is what it is. i've learned my lesson with any AJ1 release, even the mids, the longer I set on my hands for a pair, the higher the price. figure just let me just cut my losses and get them now
I am in the minority because I wish there was no patent leather on it and instead carbon fiber was placed there as well instead.
