What is the story behind the dc rttg 1 and the flags?
Nike Basketball, Jordan Brand, Converse and the USA Basketball Teams all stopped by Washington D.C. this past weekend as part of the World Basketball Festival. Amongst the weekend’s events was “Hoops for Troops,” in which the USA Men’s and Women’s basketball teams entertained a packed crowd at the DC Armory with skills clinic instruction and a practice. The day began with the USA Women’s basketball players and coaches hosting a clinic for daughters of the troops. The girls learned skills for shooting, ball handling, passing and perimeter moves.

Next up was the USA Men’s basketball team, who performed in front of the approximately 4,000 military troops and family guests in attendance at the DC Armory. Led by USA Men’s Coach Mike Krzyzewski, the men’s team including LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and their teammates went through a practice. The team prepared to face Brazil tonight in an exhibition game.

As part of the celebration, the Jordan Brand released two ‘Road to the Gold’ sneakers for the D.C. leg of the World Basketball Festival. The Jordan Retro 1 Hi and Jordan Super.Fly are inspired by military dress blues. Each shoe also features a unique pattern that mimics the uniform and medals of a decorated officer.

Salute the USA Basketball Teams as they march toward London by picking up these military-inspired Jordan shoes today.

Not to mention kids gotta learn that the only j's mj really wore were bulls cw on court. He wore his current signature model at that given year as far as i know. Anything made otherwise was a variant.

What about Olympics or his stint in Washington… [emoji]128064[/emoji]

Son clearly either didn't think that through all of the way before posting, or really isn't actually too familiar with what MJ has worn.
