Eastbay rep can you get the upgraded shipping for everybody that had this problem? I think it's only fair....Just spoke to an Eastbay rep and got my shipping upgraded and fee waived said they are still waiting on the shipment once it's received they will ship them out I'm getting impatient but still have hope. Every time I've spoke to them they've been prompt and consistent on there info
